Uptick in medical referrals to statewide food resource hotline

Working with Kaiser Permanente, Hunger Free Colorado helped create a system for medical providers to screen patients for food insecurity.  If a patient screens “positive,” the medical provider sends a referral to our statewide food resource hotline.
